Gargi College Multi-Disciplinary Academic Advancement Hub/Community needs/Commerce

The Department of Commerce is the biggest department in our college with over 600 students and a teaching strength of 20 teachers. We offer B.Com Honours, B.Com Programme and Bachelor of Business Economics. The Annual Inter-College Commerce Festival called CASCADE was on the 5th November 2008. The theme of this year's festival was "India's Growing Impact in the World: A Business Perspective" and it was inaugurated by the Union Minister of Commerce, Mr. Kamal Nath.
