Work through the resources, tasks, and activities in this module to: determine what is required for effective mentoring; reflect on an experience of mentoring you have engaged in; understand the processes in a mentoring partnership; identify at least three mentoring approaches you could use with students; and discuss two strategies for building a learning relationship with a mentor or mentee.
