Objectives
To identify categories of accommodation available at a destination and be able to describe types of accommodation which need to be developed
Activity
Research, in pairs, accommodation types available in one of the following destinations and organise into categories
- Dunedin
- Catlins
- Stewart Island/
- Te Anau
- Kaikoura
- Greymouth
- Nelson
Task
Identify various categories of accommodation available providing an example of each and suggest which categories are not available to the tourist. If available, also provide quality rating for each property.
Present your findings in a word document.
