REVISED UNIVERSAL PROTOCOL POLICY

A post-test will be given with questions about all components of the UP and included on the post-test will be illustrated outlines of patients for participants to mark where proper surgical site marking is to be for selected surgeries. An evaluation form will be given to participants to give feedback and/or suggestions for improvement.
