Its wonderful that you are motivated to care about issues of creating sustainable futures.

Research shows that those who invest in their own well being are more likely to go the distance in making a difference long term.

By reflecting on the experiences you have and the choices you made, there is an opportunity to observe the patterns you have. These patterns can be degenerative or regenerative. They are not good or bad they are patterns. Seeing them can invite reflection on what you choose to change.
