Dear CSF104 participants

Welcome to Session 2 on Prioritising actions.

These instructions are for: Wednesday 21 to Friday 23 September.

If you have just joined us, you will find copies of the instructions for the previous Sessions on the course site. You should have enough time to get up to speed with the basics to commence your learning journey.

Prioritising actions

In this session we will present a checklist of prioritising questions as powerful way of ensuring every action is considered before leaping. Rushing to action often occurs to get short term wins at the expense of long term solutions. When building it is important to “measure twice cut once” to avoid the consequences and so it is with less visible decisions. The prioritising questions raise the visibility of the consequences of an action.
