Key decisions and action items

  1. Reviewed action items form 3rd meeting
    • Noted that Alexa had inadvertently posted comments on the draft materials. Carol will review Special:Contributions for User:Alexaforbes and transfer over. Alexa will now edit on the live course materials.
    • Agreed that Steve will populate the learning outcomes for each micro course.
    • Agreed that Alexa will add the staplines for each micro course in the google doc.
    • Agreed that Steve will add the bullet points for the intended target audience in the blueprint
    • Confirmed that the materials for micro course 4 are nearing completion and will be available by 30 May 2016. Noted that the text is available in the Google doc, but the team will source images. Carol can start uploading the text and add the images later.
    • Confirmed that video vignettes have been recorded. Steve will upload on Dropbox or alternatively email to Wayne and Carol's gmail accounts.
    • Agreed that Alexa will arrange for the photographer to send email to Wayne and confirm that the images are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike license.

  3. Agreed to change "E-Activies" in the course guide section of the outlines to "Learning challenges" to be consistent.
  4. Reviewed progress on Natural cycle images - Current drafts
    • Noted that there are typos and Alexa will review and post corrections on the group list.
    • Noted that these images will be made available in an editable svg format and that we will also provide a 2nd set with more "modern" iconography. SMEs can then choose which ones they would like to use.
  5. Confirmed that CSF will offer digital badges for each micro course.
    • Agreed that Steve will complete the short course approval forms for each micro course. (The approval document was posted on groups.oeru.org).
