Financial Development Committee

Co-chaired by President, Treasurer & Financial Development Chair

• develops annual budget for consortium
• works with the Program Board to figure out what the programs Consortium can afford to offer
• oversees Program budgets
• identifies and applies for grants, prizes and other forms of supplementary funding for the Consortium (see Funding page on WikiEducator)

• Department of Labor Initiative
• Lumina Foundation Inquiry
• Future Hewlett Funding

• develops grant planning strategy and (workflow/RFP) process (to respond to strategic and ad hoc grants) - initially proposed by Stephanie @ Oct. 11 Governing Board meeting
