This is a single course that is open to levels one, two and three. Students will be provided with standards appropriate to their needs by the teacher. In 2018 the course will include a range of level one and level two standards only and is aimed at students moving on into Hospitality industry apprenticeships. Although study in the Hospitality area can support preparation for certain University courses although they cannot be used for entrance qualification as they are Unit Standards not Achievement standards.
