Your Approach
Your approach to teaching and learning will be influenced by your own experiences as both a learner and a teacher. It will depend on what you believe you value about learning and who should have access to it.
After you have thought about the triggers in each of these balloons, you are likely to be able to make a short statement on your philosophy of practice.
Programme and Course Development
When you are developing programmes, courses or even short learning sessions there are logical steps that need to be thought through. You will find it helpful to think carefully about what comes in each of these circles and record your own experience of these.
Principles of Programme Development
At Otago Polytechnic your development of programmes and courses will also be influenced by our values (expressed by the black strips on this mat) Think about how you incorporate these values.
