What is evaluation

Evaluation is finding the value of anything anyone or any process based on any criteria.It is different from Test,Measurement and assessment.
Test is a process to find the quantitative data for any trait.We apply different types of test to find out the numerical value of any trait
,From this definition get two points.
1.Someone/something to be evaluated and
2.Criteria/quality against which we have to do evaluation.
