Annual targets:
- To improve the students level of writing by:
- Analysing moderated student writing samples looking for patterns of strengths and weaknesses
- Undertaking in school professional development using the school's management unit to lead this
- Analysing moderated student writing samples in November
2011 goals:
- Share the Warrington School Curriculum Overview with the community
- Improve the school target with a focus on student achievement data
- Use management unit to create professional development on:
- collecting and reporting of school data using;
- Teaching goals will reflect school goals
- Review appraisal, EOTC forms, Cybersafety, Hazards - chemicals, plant, machinery, harassment, custodial agreements
- Creating a common understanding for recognising our gifted and talented

- Use of calendar for policy/procedures review
- Annual report - February - create wiki sample
- Sound files for Waiata/Whakatauki added to wiki
