Hi all, I am starting this discussion to determine the the issues that our society faces, how we can use our current level of technology to improve on it, and how we can improve the technology we have to improve our communication to make an impact on these issues.
This website has the top 11 categories of challenges that societies face, that need improvement.

As we look further into these issues, we realize that all of these issues effect every level of society in different ways. I would like to consider the issues that impact society on a more global scale. Yes, the US has a lot of these issues, but we, as a people, need to broaden our scope of care to a larger scale. In this discussion, I would also like the team to consider what issues are the most prominent world wide, and to have some data to support it, so that we can determine which issue to delve deeper into.
Once we determine the issue, we need to research what types of agencies and organizations, specifically non-government organizations, are already in action to give aide in these challenges. We also need to determine how well these needs are being met. As we analyze the data over the time period that support has been given, we can then find the areas that need improvement. These are the areas that we will focus on.
