Kia ora, I'm Deb Montgomery from Aotearoa (New Zealand) in the Pacific.

I'm an Flexible Learning Designer at NorthTec who feels really passionate about learning as much as I can. What a steep learning curve life is when you walk on the edge of creativity, but a great journey that I feel privileged to travel. I've got some great colleagues that share their knowledge with me and every day is a new experience.

I've been an adult educator for many years but learned the fundamentals of good education whilst a preschool teacher. Sandpits rule! I've taught mostly in the IT and work skills area and specialised in foundation education with Maori and Pacific peoples. I've also taught in adult education. Some of my best creative moments in design draw on these experiences.
