Our practice teaching experience

• SIGNIFICANCE OF TEACHER TRAINING(PRESERVICE)

  -To provide practical and hand-on experience to the pupil teachers

• OBJECTIVES

  -To provide trainees an overall idea of different programs in the school
  -To make them apply different educational theories in their classrooms(for CR management etc),which they study here in the institution
   -last but not the least,to give them a teaching experience in the real classroom situations

• METHODS

   -Delivering 20-20 lessons in each of the two teaching subjects
   -studying one of the school aspect and making project on that
   -organising a co-curricular activity during this period
   -psycho case study of one of the learner

• WHEN AND WHAT

  Our SEP started in the mid of september and continued till dec7,2006.we were alloted 2periods daily(1 for each subject).after taking our classes we used to observe peers'classes. In the mean time we used to search the information about other aspects of SEP.

• PROBLEMS FACED

   -In making initial lesson plans.
   -time constraints(in getting our lesson plan checked)
   -sometimes we got nervous in the presence of supervisor
   -sometimes couldnt complete our LP in time
   -many a times,learners didnt take us seriously,then it becomes the problem for classroom management................................
