My name is Mansoureh Golmohammadi and I'm 62 years old. I like to participate in some De Anza college course because I really like to get bachelor degree in Art major.

1. Introductions 

According to the "Inner Hero" I am a Helper.  I  agree with this test because it was true about me. It was really interesting for me because pointed to my personal behavior and personal reaction to other people which I truly like to help other people from my heart even if they hate me, also I like to inspire them in their life to achieve the success. According to VARK test I'm truly agree with that test because I have observe and see something before learn it.

I agree  that multiple intelligences and learning styles are interrelated . Learning about all the different types

of intelligences and learning  style is necessary and important . This article is helpful to recognize  

these differences. Educators should be aware of it, so that they might be able to better teach their students.

Privacy, risks, data collection

    Privacy Grade is a web site that has been created to present the results of the research analyzing the privacy of 1 million Android smartphone apps. Smartphone apps can collect a lot of sensitive information about individuals, for example contact lists, location data, sound, and more. The goal of the research is to develop new kinds of methods that can find surprising kinds of behaviors and summarize it in a simple and easy to understand manner.

This article describing about the technical issue which has made very bad situation for Westpac Bank in Australia. They have to charge property investors and occupier different interest rates, but because of their computer system problem they can’t charge them and they will lose 1$m everyday. Firs I felt cry for that Bank, but I guess it will make it easier for first time buyers.

I found this article very helpful because it would help you to figure out how to recognize the phishing email. The phishing emails included with some unreal link that has been hidden behind the real link display and this article shows how a person can identify a real link of that fake email. the problem is most people trust the email because of their good grammars or their displayed links which will look like the real link but if we just drag the mouse on that link we will see that the fake link will appear without clicking that just by holding the mouse for 2 seconds.

The article says in October 2011with help of the food and agriculture organization of the united nation 5000 Kenyan vulnerable farmers could save rain water for  their crops and use and prevent the soils from being washed away. They learned how to build simple dams for better harvesting of rainwater. While they built these dams they received vouchers for their labours to purchase food as well as building materials for community-owned dams. Before of this project rainwater is lost through run-off, leaving seasonal river beds bone dry the rest of the year .Effort like this could help farmers hold the line and get back on their feet quickly.

Are you agree with this idea that with teaching of  the simple technology of dam’s building to vulnerable farmers in poor counties with financial support of FAO they could  avoid drought  and survive their life .

This article says that MOOCs have great potential. It is amazing students' acceptance of MOOCs. There is    about a year's experience with MOOCs, compared with hundreds of years of experience with traditional courses. MOOCs are here to stay.             The article says about the innovations that will change your tomorrow .First of all, we should know about how innovations work in progress and how they can change the lifestyle, then we can discuss about the role of advanced technologies and innovations in future. The Innovation is not a goal and any technology immediately doesn’t became successful. For example electric toasters and the electric curling irons and found lots of uses for electric motors, electric streetcar lines and all of those, gave us the light bulb, so when we ignore how an innovation actually works, we make it hard to see what’s happening right in front of us today.
