It is sad to say that some of the teachers are teaching English
in Samoa.
The problem here is the fact that the children will never be able
to speak the language properly if this is the way the teachers are
teaching it in the classrooms.
The teachers are encouraged to use English to teach English so the
children can learn to speak the language properly.
