Old textbook series are hard to find as most publishers will run limited editions to meet specific order requirements, or send them to third world nations to minimize competition with the "latest and greatest" textbook series.
Luckily you being on the east coast, you have a greater chance of finding textbooks. Suggest checking out the University of Maine's website http://library.umaine.edu/scitechbus/mathematics.htm The handbooks and textbook section can link you to names and titles. Maybe the Library of Congress may have photo copies.
