GNU/Linux and "Linux"

Clarify that "Linux" refers to the kernel of the GNU/Linux operating system, and be consistent with usage throughout. It is not just the FSF that refers to relevant distros as variants of "GNU/Linux", it is anyone who prefers to give fair due to the GNU project pre-dated the kernel and consists of a lot more code than the kernel.
