Hi all --- it seems to me that we have three key outputs we're wanting to produce -- which we may want to specify in the charter?:

  • Procedures, guidlines/ policy for identifying an selecting WE admins
  • Guidelines and policy proposals for roles & responsibilities of WE admins once selected
  • A policy for consideration by WCC covering all these aspects.

I'm wondering whether the report sub-page is the best structure / place in the wiki for us to complete our objectives. Perhaps we need a subpage for each of the tasks listed above. I see the report page as the place for reporting on the progress and achievements of this workgroup. Thoughts? --Wayne Mackintosh 06:39, 21 July 2009 (UTC)

Hi, very good suggestions. The outputs as given above have been incorporated in the Project Plan table on the home page. And in respect of the second session of the meeting, an e-mail notification has been sent to all friends in our Workgoup.--Anil Prasad 05:43, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
