Headings:
The table for headings doesn’t match the wording. (In the table, there is one equals sign for the top heading, in the text there are two). I’m not sure which one is correct. Liz Ramsay 02:51, 30 June 2007 (CEST)

Top level heading is one "="
Then level two is "=="
