Scott's GSoC application (1)

It seems more appropriate for me to target my application towards either MediaWiki or Eclipse. They are more on the coding side of things, which is what the GSoC is focused on. The WikiEducator community is still a very good target audience though, so you'll still be involved, you just don't have to submit this application.
It would still be interesting to see if GSoC would accept more content focused organisations such as WE into their program. It might be a good way to develop some very interesting (and complex) templates or content layout structures. Perhaps another year?
