Media (and other) editors vs Remix tools vs Localisation tools (1)

For the relevant appendix (:-): distinguish these. Most could be covered in "Create"/"Build". Some do indeed seem to be "l10n" and/or "remix" tools.

I decided to deprecate the entire section. I felt that there wasn't enough unique information to justify it.
