What is the exact link for this exercise in Saylor - link only takes you to the course home page
Can we use an open source quiz software package for this to improve the user experience and make it look more professional?
The second part of the exercise is not well worked out:
- Only 9 characteristics, not 10, so can't score 10
- Instructions to do it yourself and then get someone else to do it for you are not all that clear
- The fact that you need to do make two lots of scores out of 10 for the second part of the exercise but scores out of 10 for each individual qu. in part 1 is overly complicated and unclear

Can we just put a link to the Saylor version of this as one of the stimulus resources on the next page (learning challenge page) instead of having a whole extra page for it?

I think your suggestion of linking to the Saylor version of this is probably the best option
