Recommendation 30 Bulk supply arrangements

Recommendation 30. We recommend that the Government investigate the best bulk supply arrangements to enable possible purchase by families or schools of devices suitable for use by students at school.

Just do it! Now! Consider banning or limiting cellphone usage or connectivity. There are already Panel procurement polices in place.--Ian Mitchell FIITP 23:57, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
