- Establishing a democratic society in an environment for flourishing peoples latent potentials.
Mission of Rupantar
- To ensure peoples participation in establishing democracy and governance
- To ensure equal rights of the male-female
- To conserve biodiversity and environment
- To promote folk culture through preservation and practice
- To ensure rights and development of the deprived people (children, elderly, disabled and outcaste community)
- To capacitate the people in disaster risk reduction and management
