The participants are drawn from IGNOU faculty members dealing with professional courses, who are keen on promoting their skills and expertise in teaching, and ready to offer e-learning courses. Teachers already in the design and delivery of traditional e-learning DE programmes shall be Identified from schools offering professional programmes such as Management, Education, Tourism, Rural Development, Library Science, Nursing, Computers, Health Sciences, Engineering, Law, etc.
