Badge challenge summary

Summary:	Achieve minimum required badges and increase badge count by one.

Purpose

The purpose of this challenge is to:

• Familiarise yourself with the user preference settings
• Familiarise yourself with aspects of the site navigation
• Achieve the minimum required badges of Autobiographer and Read Guidelines
• Increase your badge count by one

Tasks

1. Login to forums.oeru.org and go to your profile page. (Click on the profile image on the top right-hand side of your screen, and click on the profile link.)
2. Fill out your profile page by:
   • uploading a local profile picture or using a Gravatar image associated with your registered email account. and
   • Fill out the "About me" section
   • Profile and User Card backgrounds are optional - note the default width requirements for these images.
   • Remember to click save changes.
3. Revisit your user preferences and check your preferred email settings.
4. Please read the community guidelines
5. Visit the prattle sandbox forum and
   • Post a reply including a quote from a previous post
   • Click on a user you don't know, and see if you can find their user page. Establish their trust level and how many badges they have earned.
6. Visit the list of available badges and earn a new badge you don't already have.

Learning outcome actions

1. Confirm that you have achieved the badges for Autobiographer and Read Guidelines by visiting your userpage on forums.oeru.org.
2. Confirm that your badge count has increased by one badge before commencing this challenge.
3. Report on your achievement by posting a comment below.
