Summary:	This Workplace Conflict learning challenge requires you to view two videos about workplace conflict and then take Part A and Part B of a quiz.

Purpose

This learning challenge will give you an opportunity to self-assess whether you have gained the knowledge and skills to apply constructive feedback and conflict negotiation strategies in the workplace.
