The Australian Human Rights Commission, as Australia's National Human Rights Institution, submitted its own report to the Human Rights Council as part of Australia's 2015 Universal Periodic Review.

Read the report below. As you do so, consider how this report differs from the Australian government submission you read in Activity Three. Which do you think is more accurate, or is it just a matter of different perspectives? Are there any findings you found surprising in the reports?
