Introduction Activity Three (Required Activity)

Like most university courses, much of the assessment for this course will take the form of written work. Your essay will count for 40% of your final mark; in addition 30% of your final mark will comprise online submissions, in written form. Yet it is very common for students to be unsure of how to approach a written essay, or how to present their arguments most effectively. In this activity, you will explore the features of a good essay. Remember, at any point in the course you can return to the information and links in this module to assist you.
