Addressing Climate Change Activity Four (Extension Activity)

The international community has struggled to agree on how to best reduce carbon emissions to avoid dangerous levels of climate change. In this article, the authors propose a different negotiating strategy as an approach to overcome the current obstacles in climate change negotiations.
