The lesson plans listed below have all been tried and tested with foundation (bridging or enabling) students. Please feel free to adapt them as you wish.

Foundation or bridging courses enable students who cannot gain direct access to diploma and degree courses, technical qualifications, or selected occupations, to gain the skills they need to progress along their selected pathways. A variety of learning styles are supported in the following lessons. Many foundation students are kinaesthetic and need hands-on activity. Kinaesthetic, aural, visual, and read-write strategies are incorporated into these lessons.
