INPUT DEVICES

  In computing, an input device is a peripheral (piece of computer hardware equipment) used to provide data and control signals to an information processing system such as a computer or other information appliance. Examples of input devices include keyboards, mice, scanners, digital cameras and joysticks.  These are different Input devices used in computers such as Keyboard, Mouse,Trackball, Scanner,Microphone etc

The Input devices are used to enter the data into the computer which can be processed or stored for later use. File:Example01.jpg

OUTPUT DEVICES

   An output device is any piece of computer hardware equipment used to communicate the results of data processing carried out by an information processing system (such as a computer) which converts the electronically generated information into human-readable form

In addition to these devices there is processing unit which processes the input or data received from input devices. This unit is called CPU. Software:-- No hardware component can work without instructions which are fed in the form of programming, thus software is a set of programs written in different languages. These languages may be high level language, machine level language or assembly languages. In order to make computer work programmer should have knowledge of programming techniques.
