With a goal of exploring examples of open pedagogies, read: George Siemen’s influential 2005 conception of connectivism The introduction to rhizomatic learning within the Open University's free course, Open Education. The article Life in the open: 21st century learning and teaching (pdf, pp. 24-31) (Cormier & Stewart, 2010), which draws together openness, social connectedness, digital literacies, rhizomatic learning and directions for curriculum.
