Building on that knowledge, this learning pathway now focuses on the principles of good writing for business contexts. We start by considering similarities and differences between written and oral communication and then look at the styles and tools that can be used in business writing to build communication bridges with your audience and overcome common barriers. We will also give an overview of some of the legal implications of business writing.
