Annotated Bibliography

Review Chapter 4 in the section in the Magrino text, especially pages 101-103, the "Sample Annotated Bibliography."

Create an annotated bibliography for your project, following the criteria in the Peer Review form on page 103.

It must contain at least 6 references formatted according to APA style : 3-4 references that are related to your definition of the problem and 3-4 references related to the paradigm (i.e. your literature review regarding ways of solving the problem).

Your annotations of 100 -150 words (each) should fully describe your sources and how they might be useful to your project. (The use of the word project here is indicative of the fact that you are expected to begin moving beyond the problem definition phase.) Your midterm letter, due a little more than a week after this assignment, will begin to present a plan --and even a rudimentary budget-- so you should now start envisioning and articulating possible solutions. Notice that the Peer Feedback form for this assignment asks whether your document "suggests a theoretical framework for the plan....models of success appropriate to the plan" and a "recognizable paradigm... for the plan."
