Writing for academic purposes/ENGA102/Supporting your arguments/E-activity-outputs
Prepare a blog post of 400 - 500 words where you discuss what rhetorical tools you are using in your paper and any logical fallacies you identified. Obviously, as you start writing the body of your essay you should be doing research for sources to support your arguments, but for now don't worry about the "how"of this process, since that will be covered in the next section.
Think about the following as start writing the body of your essay and this blog post:
- Have you identified your main claim and all the sub-points?
- Have you created arguments for each claim and sub-point?
- Are you using rhetorical tools correctly for each argument?
- Have you identified any logical fallacies in your arguments?
Remember to tag (Wordpress) or label (Blogger) your blog post using the course tag: enga102
Note that you can also record your reflections in a written journal, if you prefer, but sharing your insights with your classmates means that you can trigger a discussion that may lead to a deeper understanding as we can all benefit from each other's experience.
