TAKE VIDEOS

THEN... EITHER

the PHONE will CONVERT the VIDEO to OGG and then UPLOAD to WIKIEDUCATOR for use in KALTURA

OR

the phone will upload the raw video to WIKIEDUCATOR and then the SERVER will convert the video to OGG

OF COURSE

the VIDEOS will automatically be licensed under the CC BY SA... this could be part of the USE agreement the user agrees to when INSTALLing the APP or running it for the FIRST time.
