It is a sad time at Waitati School. Miss Scarf is about to broaden her horizons, she will be sadly missed. The children that have been taught by you are genuinely fortunate. Caring, loving and kind are words that capture your teaching style. All the best Miss Scarf. WE ALL LOVE YOU.

News and events

It is my genuine belief that 2009 has again been a successful and exciting year for the children of Waitati School. We managed to negotiate the threat of ERO and came through with a genuinely positive report. Our Numeracy and Literacy programmes continue to deliver positive outcomes for all children and the staff continue to deliver the best practice that they can.

Community support and partnership is strong and this is plainly evident by feedback formally and informally. The PTA continues to do great things in raising funds to support the children’s learning opportunities.

It has been a great pleasure working with you and I wish you all the very best for you and your families for Christmas and the New Year.
