- Africa - Ms. Shokahle Dlamini
- Carribean and Latin America - Ms. Patricia Benn
- Mediterranean and Indian region - Mr. Phillip Inglott
- Pacific - Mr Tauvaga Vaai

Each participant to:
- Find a partner who has something in common and share information for introduction.
- Commonalities: Name, Position and Expectations
- Once a partner is found discuss and introduce according to the following:
- Name
- Country
- Institution
- Position
- Expectation
- Knowledge of Wiki
