The VUSSC initiative project and the Open Source movement are definitely a chance for people of small states of the commonwealth including Tonga to be part of it. Tonga has been with open hands to cultivate excellence in education to benefits its people at all times.

To be part of this great movement is a privilege. With the information received before coming over, I was not quite sure what to be expected as a member of a team from various countries with diverse background. However, working with fellow colleagues from different countries in the University of Mauritius in developing course material for VUSSC has been a great challenge. It has been interesting to see especially when differences in views and ideas arise and how the team members have been able to find solutions in a common ground. A great learning experience and may I thank COL and UoM for making it possible for me to be part of this development.
