Team A swaps the contents they had been working on (1 notional hour of content) with Team B- Vetting and commenting on the content. Entrepreneurship Team E1: What is an Enterprise Team E2: Who is the entrepreneur? Tourism: Define communication and the communication process. Team T1:Use basic communication strategies - Communication techniques (verbal (speech, writing) and non-verbal (body language, personal grooming/hygiene and presentation) Team T2: Use basic communication strategies -The process of effective communication

Team T1: Analyse the elements that help or hinder communication: Factors which promote effective communication Barriers to effective communication and overcoming these Team T2: Analyse the elements that help or hinder communication: Cross cultural awareness and communicating across cultural boundaries and social sub-groups Overcoming cross cultural barriers Interpreting unspoken attitudes and behaviours
