Open Educational Resources are Known or Less Known or Not Known to the Teachers around You? This Question is very important because we have plenty of individuals who are the least aware of the trends and developments in the world of education. When they do not have a connect with the news about education, the advent and development of OER might be a thing of unknown world to them. Hence, we need to do careful scrutiny of the people around us.

Employability is the only demand that the education sector is trying to fulfil. We are not left to any choice of enabling the students towards a sensible life. We are required to impart the skills that the industry demands. That's apt for them. But we teachers and stakeholders of education need to rethink about our blind adherence of the commands. We can still save the students from turning robots. Along with the teaching of Job-oriented skills, we can impart Life Skills as well. Communication Skills can be terms as a Life Skill in that sense. The four skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing remain with everyone from the day of birth to the last day on earth. We need to integrate these four to Employability and then only the real Enhancement can take place.
