Hi Larry,

Welcome to WikiEducator - it's great to have you on board. We're busy experimenting with a few prototype learning design tools for the wiki - take a look at our Learning Design page. They're still very beta and we're refining them as we go along. The idea is:

1. To have a tool for developing an instructional design plan; plus
2. A Boilerplate to assist with the phases of the development;

There's quite a bit of discussion going on to help refine the tool. If you have any thoughts from your extensive LD experience - feel free to drop into the discussions.
