Notes from my Wiki Neighbors[edit]
(: Dear Professor Silva. I am your wiki neighbor from Egypt I'm impressed with your creative writing section. Your writing is really expressive. Great to meet with a renowned professor from Nigeria on WE:-) --Hanaakhs 10:22, 9 May 2009 (UTC)) I thank you Ms Khamis for your positive response to the poetry, here. I really appreciate you and feel privileged that we're African neighbours. I invite everyone to feel free to critically analyse some of the poems.
Regards,
Prof. Silva
Ms Khamis visited my wikipage and started our brief discussions by commenting positively on the posted creative writing and TEFL/TESOL links. She suggested separating my sandbox as a private space from other public entries.
Dear Professor Silva,
I had a look at your sandbox. It's got some very useful links to English materials that I enjoyed going through. Can you tell me the difference between a sanbox page and a regular wiki page? I thought my sandbox is just for me as a user to play with various tools without others having access to it. --Hanaakhs 07:46, 12 May 2009 (UTC)
Dear Ms Khamis,
Thank you for pointing out the difference in the use of a sandbox page and a regular wiki page, I think you're correct in the distinctions you make with regards to private and public space.
I visited your wiki page and was impressed by your achievements. Well done and more kudos to you as I enjoyed reading your paper on Decision-making Tasks in Computer-mediated Communication; IATEF.
I'll appreciate further advice and help from you on how I can improve my wiki page.
Regards,
Paul
Dear Dr. Silva,
I am most obliged:-) Hope we can collaborate on a wiki project soon.--Hanaakhs 14:17, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
I'm all yours, and the thought has crossed my mind too. Bear in mind though, that I'll not be connected to the internet for one month beginning from mid-week next week! After that, all things are possible.
Warm regards,
Paul
