Hi Dan
Thanks for sharing your research ideas on your user page and we commend your initiative in ensuring that all research outputs will be published under a free cultural works definition. That is well aligned with WikiEducator's community values.
Clearly you have spent considerable time in getting to the point to present findings at the 2018 FLANZ conference and yet I don't recall any public announcement on any of our community lists regarding the detail of this project. Of course the OERu is an open project - so everything we do is quite transparent which you can observe and analyse without our permission.
That said - we place a high value on transparency and the opportunity to engage and contribute ideas openly. Its an open practice we try to promote in our community.
