I shall include my brainstorming ideas then!

I shall be including a Visualisation, breathing and relaxing introduction and an example to follow as my contract assignment. I shall write it down here first and then I'll write it out wherever Nellie tells me to! :)

I don't seem to need a sandbox really as I don't mind 'playing' on my user page as it is. My sandbox can be seen by anyone anyway so I'm not quite sure what the purpose of this really is. I suppose I could use it as a 'storage' place...
