Warren Wilson Senior Consultant and Facilitator


Warren joined Intersol in 1994 following a 12-year career in the financial-services sector. He is a consummate professional whose proven skills in process facilitation, negotiation and consultation have helped numerous clients identify, clarify and achieve their organizational objectives.

Warren has worked in a wide variety of sectors including the environment, agriculture, construction and health care. He has led numerous senior management and executive level teams in a wide range of organizational development interventions including strategic-planning, multi-stakeholder consultations in support of policy development, conflict resolution and leadership development. In addition to his project work across Canada, he has significant International experience leading and working with Teams in the US, Europe, South America and Africa. Warren has become particularly skilled working in scientific and highly technical environments. His loyal client base includes teams and individuals in companies and organizations in the private and public sectors, Boards of Directors and Non-government Organizations.

During his previous occupations with the Farm Credit Corporation (FCC) and the Bank of Nova Scotia, Warren held various positions with increasing responsibilities in the areas of marketing, policy development, training and organizational development.

Warren received his Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) from the University of Guelph, and is certified in mediation and conflict resolution by CDR Associates. He is also a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and is designated as a Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.) by the Canadian Institute of Agrologists.
