Victor Curtis Lartey is a humble, determined, serious-minded, result-oriented and God-fearing young man who believes in academic excellence with professionalism. It is his desire to make impact on his generation through selfless service and contribution to academia, corporate world, national development and humanity. He believes in hard work since it is the surest way to separate the exceptional worker from the ordinary worker.

Victor Curtis Lartey is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Economist. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICA)and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economists, USA (ACCE) He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Ghana (IIA) He is also a member of the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM)

Victor is the Audit Manager of Inter-Class Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, Chartered Tax Consultants and Chartered Management Consultants.

Victor is a Lecturer in Accountancy, Finance, Taxation, Auditing and Management at the School of Business and Management Studies of Koforidua Polytechnic He also teaches Accountancy and Taxation on the Distance Education Program of the University of Cape Coast

He is a Ghanaian by birth, and a christian by salvation.
